Processing Clerk to $32k+ - Financial

Job Description: Well known financial company has immediate need for a processing clerks for 3-6 month long contract position at the North Houston Client Care Center. In this position, you will use your excellent communication skills and customer service knowledge to provide information about our services and to resolve our clients concerns.
What You Will Be Doing:
1. Responding to telephone inquiries and complaints from participants regarding contract provisions, account balances, transfer of value, allocation changes, and personal data changes .
2. Reviewing and providing responses regarding routine participant account discrepancies.
3. Advising appropriate departments when corrective action is required, and following up as necessary.
What We Require:
1. The ability to identify problem situations and appropriate sources of information to effectively provide resolutions to our clients concerns
2. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheets and excellent written and verbal communication skills required. We operate in a fast-past multi-system environment
