Product Manager - Healthcare

This position is accountable for implementing strategies to penetrate targeted healthcare customers at the highest levels and developing muti-year relationships. The position is a key member of the business development team and will work with senior management to enable execution against core strategies. It carries the responsibilities of a business developer/hunter. The ideal candidate will assist in the marketing positioning of the Healthcare Division and brand awareness within the target customer base. The position will play a critical role in translating the strategic objectives of targeted customers. It will combine a broad and deep understanding of healthcare industry information needs - especially within the provider and carrier sectors, and strong consulting skills to define and execute a coordinated approach to our clients. The position will nurture strategic relationships and position this Digital Medical Solutions company as business partner to our clients. Past experience with companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, McKesson, Cardinal Health, GE Medical Systems, ACS, Unisys, and Navicare are ideal.

Responsibilities include market and account development strategy, corporate business analysis and growth recommendations, new account development, and account management. Must be a strong team-player and creative business developer. Must be an excellent communicator and advisor to help clients identify and initiate viable solutions to support top and bottom line results.

The successful candidate will have:

3+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology.

Demonstrated success in product launches and end-to-end execution of marketing strategies.

Excellent written and oral communication skills including presentation experience to large and diverse audiences.

Ability to perform expert product demonstrations for clinical audiences.

Operating?Room or Pharmacy experience a plus.

An undergraduate degree minimum; MBA is highly desired.
