Professional Services Sales Representative
Integrated Compliance Solutions (ICS), a rapidly growing provider of regulatory compliance services to the financial services industry, is seeking a sales professional to help continue its growth. This position will focus on growing new and established ICS markets. The Sales Representative will help grow our firm throughout the U.S. This position will be based in the Baltimore metropolitan area.
If you are motivated, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and would like an opportunity to learn and grow in the professional services arena, we are interested in hearing from you.
Responsibilities:
? Generating new leads and handling direct selling to banks, credit unions and mortgage companies for multiple ICS regions
? Participating in networking events through industry associations
? Exhibiting at industry trade shows
? Identifying additional opportunities through referral source / strategic relationships
The Sales Representative?s efforts will be supported by ICS?s corporate marketing function. This is an outstanding opportunity to join an industry leader and be part of a significant growth initiative.
Qualifications:
? BS/BA
? 2-3 years experience in sales, professional services sales experience a plus
? Excellent oral and written presentation skills
? Detail-oriented
? Self-starter
? Goal-oriented
? Basic skills with Microsoft PC products and contact management software
? Excellent communication skills

Compensation:
Commensurate with experience. Guaranteed base salary, commission, incentive bonus opportunity, and comprehensive benefits.
