Program Senior Account Manager

Summary: The position is responsible for the development of new and existing SBA Program Services business (Printing, Promotional Products and Extended Warranty) within a designated SBA market segment.

 

 

Responsibilities Include:
*Collaborate with SBA Sales Associates to prospect and develop SBA Program Service sales to new and existing SBA customers by being the resident expert in SBA Program Services.
*Effectively act as a conduit between the SBA Sales Force and the providing vendor to ensure all program requirements are being met by both sides during selling, implementation and maintenance phases.
*Proficient in SBA Program Service electric ordering commerce (Stapleslink.com /Staplesimprint.com / Staplespromo.com) to successfully drive program wins and compliance.
*Direct a smooth account transition to account manager to enhance ?one face to the customer?.
*Assist Account Managers in administrating quarterly reviews to enhance Program Services margin, sales growth and efficiencies.
*Identify local vendors and setup a network of local providers that will reinforce a national program with local flexibility.

 

Qualifications:

*Ability to sell to multiple levels. 
*High level understanding of advanced / complex business process (in a business ? to ? business atmosphere). 
*Printing and Promotional Products industry, production and general product knowledge. 
*PC knowledge and capabilities (Microsoft Office), Internet, Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
*Understanding of problem solving and needs analysis. Strong Follow-up skills necessary.
*Bachelors Degree preferred with 3 to 5 years related work experience.
