Project Manager- Service Renewal Process

In this position candidate will utilize project management skills to oversee the maintenance and support of service plan renewal notice process. The ideal applicant will be able to utilize their problem solving and analytical skills to keep the process running smoothly and to make improvements to the current process. This position will lead a cross-departmental team of functional area experts (managers within IS, Marketing, Reporting and Sales).

 

Duties and Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:
Schedule and coordinate activities related to the renewal of notification process with relevant departments, ensuring timely and quality delivery of all components.
Analyze and asses data integrity risks for renewal process for all applicable business units and provide solutions.
Evaluate the current workflow and business process across functional areas involved and make recommendations for improvement.
Establish vision to streamline, stabilize and further automate the renewal notification process and obtain necessary management buy in for proposals.
Evaluate alternate solutions for the process as technology and processes change.

 

Desired Education and Experience:

Bachelor?s degree in technology or business and three years related experience and/or training.  Experience working in the following areas is a plus: business process analysis and project management.
