Job Summary:

Creates standardized sales reporting.  Understands in detail the Lead-2-Enrollment processes for the Medicare line of business. Performs ad-hoc reporting and administrative support as required, and supports Manager and Director with special projects.

 

Essential Functions:Provide support in producing and distributing daily, weekly and monthly quality, productivity and sales reports.Maintain and refine existing analytical models as appropriate.Monitor quality and productivity for the Sales Associates.Monitor quality for the Inside Sales Team.  Responsible for tracking and trending sales incident form, to include:Maintaining appropriate documentationEnsuring adequate issue management and resolutionProvide monthly executive summary report to area leaders. Thoroughly understand the sales process for each sales team and their use of Pivotal and the L2E system.Provide ad-hoc reporting and support as required.

 

Additional Duties: Foster and maintain good working relationships with customers and colleagues to meet expected service levels with periodic satisfaction surveying.Special projects and tasks as requestedMaintain files and records

 

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Required:

 

Education/Experience:High School DiplomaCustomer service skillsGeneral knowledge of Medicare and/or Medicaid programs1-2 years experience in HMO/managed healthcare or insurance industry

 

Communication and Numeric Skills:Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both with internal and external contacts.Basic Mathematical ability

 

Computer Skills:Proficient utilization of Microsoft Word, Excel required, MS Access desiredProficient operations of various office equipment including personal computers, printers, telephones, copiers, fax machines, etc.

Must have excellent organizational skillsPay close attention to detail  Ability to prioritize duties

 

Working Conditions:The remaining time in this position will be in a climate controlled office environment during normal business hours.
