COMPANY INTRODUCTION:
Polymedco is an international sales and marketing company specializing in laboratory and physician office diagnostic testing equipment. Our market focus is the Hospital and Physician Group Labs. We have experienced significant growth in the last few years due to our ability to acquire unique technologies and successfully market them.


JOB DESCRIPTION
Our sales representatives are paid an excellent first year income with substantial commission growth potential.

Representative will be calling on hospital systems, clinics, and large physician practices selling new automated technology for colorectal cancer screening. The representative will be launching a new both Waived and Moderately complex system for hospital outreach clinics, large physician offices, as well as city and county clinics.

During the first 90 days, we help you to focus on identifying opportunities. Also, during this 90-day period you will undergo a rigorous and extensive technical training program at our labs and in the field. You will learn and practice all the different methods of identifying prospects, while you develop a solid list of potential opportunities. You'll learn to use our sales force automation software to track opportunities, generate proposals for your prospective customers, and manage your time on a day-to-day basis.

SALARY
Salary negotiable. First year income dependent on experience: $100,000-150,000 total compensation (includes base salary).


EDUCATION REQUIRED
Successful sales representative MUST possess a 4-year degree and 3+ years of successful medical equipment sales experience. Applicants who are applying based on experience should be able to demonstrate a history of progressively improved results.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Top performer with a minimum of 5 years of OUTSIDE sales experience as well as 3 years of sales in medical equipment is required. Rep must have experience selling to clinical labs and working with physician specialties such as Gastroenterologists, OBGYN?s, or Internal Med physicians.

A proven track record of top performance must be documented. We require a positive attitude and sense of urgency, along with sufficient work ethic to achieve the desired results. Excellent oral and written communication skills, time management skills, team player, self-motivated, responsible and achievement motivated. Must be comfortable developing sales in a timely manner.

This position requires approximately 8-11 nights of overnight travel per month.



A valid driver's license and the ability to provide proof of insurance are required.
