Handi-Foil, an industry leader in the manufacture, sale, marketing and distribution of disposable aluminum bakeware has an immediate opening for a Sales Manager at our facility in Wheeling, IL.  This privately held company has been in business for over twenty years and is experiencing strong growth year after year.

 

Position Overview:

 

We are looking for a dynamic sales person who is looking to learn our industry.  This strategic sales position will focus selling to retailers and managing a network of external sales reps and brokers.  The responsibilities are:

 

?  Managing Sales Reps in a given region

?  Interacting directly with customers to ensure that our products are properly represented  Delivering sales presentations to new and existing customers

?  Attending trade shows and developing relationships with buyers and senior level managers in the retail industry

 

The requirements for this position are:

 

?  At least three years of sales experience, preferably selling to grocers or big box retailers

?  A Bachelors degree

?  The ability to travel nationwide 25%  to 35% of the time

?  Proven ability to develop and manage relationships

?  High energy level and willingness to develop new business prospects

?  A persuasive communication style
