NEW STORE OPENING IN AUGUST ..........OPPORTUNITIES IN RETAIL MANAGEMENT

 

iPCS Wireless, Inc. is an exclusive manager and operator of Sprint PCS Products in eight states, from Nebraska to New York.  Our newest store located in Champaign Illinois will be opening soon and are looking for a Retail Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager to join our Team.

 

RETAIL STORE MANAGER

 

The successful candidate will be accountable for employees, sales results, inventory, efficient operation and customer satisfaction.  Develop programs to enhance employee knowledge, customer relations and sales.  Monitor and analyze store trends, identify employee needs, and create coaching strategies to develop employees.

 

ASSISTANT STORE MANAGER

 

This position will assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and the supervision of the retail store staff.  Manage budgets, sales activity, employee relations, staffing and inventories; open and close the store, make daily sales and treasury reports, and ensure complete customer satisfaction.

 

A retail sales background and prior supervisory experience are necessary for these positions, along with familiarity with POS and customer service systems.  Strong computer skills and effective communication and interpersonal skills are also essential.  A background in the wireless industry is highly desirable.  Must have a high school diploma or equivalent is required.
