Position Description:

Formulate a business plan for the territory to deliver on sales goals. The plan should be centered around weekly sales activities with branches/producers in our focus wirehouse/regional firms. Activities to be reported on a weekly basis. Nurture and grow relationships with representatives through promotion of Genworth Financial products. Educate representatives on the benefits of our products and services for their clients through individual or group meetings and presentations. Work closely with assigned internal wholesaler to deliver sales goals. Manage expense account within allotted budget. Report expenses on a weekly basis. Leverage resources to gain share for Retirement Income & Protection products

BASIC CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
5-10 years experience in financial services and products, understanding and knowledge of financial markets. Series 6/7 & 63 licensed, Life/ Health licensed.


PREFERRED CANDIDATE QUALIFICATIONS:
College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
Excellent presentation and selling skills. Goal oriented - winning attitude. Demonstrated ability to be an effective team player with willingness to share ideas and business building practices. Ability to travel extensively.
