Rational SOA Sales Leader (Can Reside In Any US City)
We are actively searching for Rational SOA Sales Leader. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evangelizing and creating IBMs SOA message throughout the Americas for Rational. The ideal candidate will engage with customers and internal IBM sales teams, presenting and creating our message from chartware to whiteboard. The ideal candidate must have a combination of Business, Sales and Architectural skills. The ideal candidate must have a good depth of knowledge of our technology, as there is a need to be able to "configure" our offering without confusing the customer on our many products. The ideal candidate will also will mentor other reps in the Americas. The ideal candidate should have Direct sales and Rational experience. The successful candidate should know the top opportunities in the region and have enough depth to know what the customers are trying to accomplish and the timeframes. Major Field of Study: Business Admin, Computer Science or Engineering. -The Rational SOA Sales Leader can reside in any Major City in US. The successful candidate will be mobile and will work remotely with minimal travel (up to 50%) required. Our Sales people are measured on sales results so compensation includes both base pay & commission and is commensurate with experience.
