Experience in recruiting (internal or for an agency) is a plus. Necessary attributes include; Customer Focused, Hard Working, High Energy, Initiative, Determination, Multi-tasking, Aggressive, Proactive, Good Memory, Strong Phone Skills and Computer Skills.
