Recruiter/Sales Representative

Rapidly Growing WNY firm has an opportunity for a motivated salesperson.  We are a well-known placement firm, specializing in the construction industry. We are seeking a self motivated leader with the willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve success as well as personal and financial freedom.


Your Role:

You must have a competitive spirit and the personality of a chameleon, able to work independently while part of a team. You must be able to communicate effectively at multiple levels, involving varying personalities and and those culturally diverse. You must have a tremendous desire to sell and make an incredible living! You must be willing to prospect, cold-call, and do whatever it takes to meet assigned quotas 1+ years sales experience preferred; experience in the recruitment industry a plus.


We will be opening several satellite locations over the next three years and are seeking a self-directed leader with an entrepreneurial mind-set, who has the desire to become a partner.

A competitive base salary with uncapped commission....Our top recruiters are tracking 80k this year up from 65k in 2005! As your book of business grows, your income grows.Realistically, you should make at least 45k your first year.  Our environment is casual, intimate, fast paced and quickly growing.  Our company culture is open promoting mutual respect and the exchange of ideas.  Ideally we promote employees from within.  Work schedules allow for independence and flexibility for those that meet assigned expectations.
