NovaPro, a division of Cross Country Healthcare, Inc., has openings for results driven, motivated, Recruiters in Training. This should be a 6 month, but can be longer, training period.
The primary responsibilities of this position are to work closely with and assist the Area Staffing Managers (Recruiters) in managing current and future healthcare professionals on assignment, thus preparing to move into the ASM (Recruiter) role. Additionally, train to recruit, screen and negotiate with and hire traveling healthcare professionals on assignments throughout the United States and U.S. territories.
Bachelor's degree preferred, not required, or 1-2 years experience in related field of recruitment, customer service or inside sales.
Skills needed- Ability to multi-task. Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, effective phone presentation, excellent problem solving abilities, excellent negotiation skills, excellent interpersonal skills with emphasis on customer service, team player.
