Who is our ideal candidate?
We are seeking an individual with:
* a minimum Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
* 8+ years of sales and/or marketing experience
* Extensive 401k product knowledge
* Strong problem solving skills
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills

What are the job responsibilities?
Direct 401k sales activities in defined geographic area in Michigan.

Works closely with sales staff on increasing sales in the assigned area and in developing and maintaining relationships. Develops and recommends sales plans and budgets for assigned region/area.
Recommends marketing and sales support initiatives to support and maximize sales efforts. May assist marketing and product development staff in developing and launching new products.
May participate on special projects contributing directly to sales efforts in such areas as product development, marketing and compensation.
May conduct sales promotions and product training meetings. Other duties as assigned.

What else can we tell you?
We are seeking an individual to cover the western portion of Michigan. This position requires at a minimum a Series 6 registration or must be obtained within 6 months of the hire date.
