Manage profitable growth across all products and services of the business, including P&L management.

Optimizes Sales Channels.

Develops a team of A players and ensures continuous employee development and performance improvement.

Primary contact for key distributors and partners.

Develop and implement a clear business strategy for sales team that results in increased sales and emphasizes growth in profit.

Provide accurate forecasting that reflects the industry, business trends, and potential business.
? Drives new product sales through the sales team, increasing sales revenue and profit.

Manage channel conflict by responding quickly to issues, finding common ground, getting cooperation, and settling disputes fairly and equitably.

Manage the identification, recruitment, and development of high-performing sales reps and distributors.

Required Skills:

Business acumen ? this includes knowledge about how businesses work, business trends and the implications to our business, strong competitive knowledge, and how strategies and tactics work in the marketplace.

Results orientation.

Identify, establish, and cultivate strategic business partnerships.

Use creative alternatives to solve problems.

Work effectively with different channels.

Ability to manage change.

Ability to actively identify, recruit, develop and retain talent
Experience Required:

Bachelor's degree.

Ten years business experience in a sales and/or marketing role, with a minimum of five years direct sales experience.

Prior management experience, preferably in sales management.

Preferred: Prior experience managing remote employees
Preferred: Direct and indirect channel sales experience as well as previous experience managing remote employees.
Preferred: Demonstrated sales success selling into in one or more of the following industries: manufacturing, distribution, commercial property management or food and beverage.
