Regional Account Manager

Description:
Responsible for building and developing relationships with local claims offices with the aim of receiving referrals for case management. Primary purpose is to retain and penetrate existing Disability Management customers in local jurisdictions. Responsible for understanding local marketplace, competition and orchestrating Intracorp Sales Process.
Responsible for revenue goal that is set annually.
Develop strategic local customer growth oriented strategy and orchestrate account management teams for Telephonic Case Management, Fee Management, Field Case Management and other Intracorp services.
Maintain strong local presence and build customer relationship through appropriate frequent contact.
Execute the sales process to introduce additional products and services to assigned customers.
Install new sales within assigned territory.
Perform account management activities including resolution of customer service issues, workflow and other issues the customer may have.
Provide ongoing communication to management as appropriate.
Responsible for building a strong Sales and Operations integrated account management service model..

Qualifications:
Three or more years of experience in the areas of sales and/or account management in the area of disability management.
Strong organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Daily travel required. Some overnight travel required. Work out of home office..
