Regional Channel Sales Manager

PowerDsine is a leading designer and developer of software-controlled power solutions, and the market leader of Power over Ethernet technology that integrates data, voice and power on standard Ethernet infrastructure.

 

We are seeking to employ a Regional Channel Sales Manager to work as part of our international Sales team.

 

Job Responsibilities Include:

 Achieving targeted revenue and other strategic objectives within your territory. Review customer requirements and applications to successfully position PowerDsine products as part of their network solution.Must have the ability to explain technical systems and demo product solutions to distributors, resellers and end-user network engineers/management.Educate channel partners on the value of PowerDsine products/solutions.Work closely with inside sales, marketing and direct Sales teams to qualify, quote and close RFP?s. Develop a thorough understanding of PowerDsine products and capabilities and provide technical customer support as required.Trade Show support

 Qualifications

 

?  Must have proven track record of exceeding established revenue quota?s in channel sales, via reseller and end user sales.

?  Must have industry experience in data and/or voice systems. Candidate should be knowledgeable in technologies such as PBX?s, switches, routers and other networking equipment.

?  Individual must be a self starter, with high energy, self motivation and ability to work remotely, with little guidance.

?   

?  Bachelor?s degree in Electrical Engineering preferred.

?  Excellent oral, written, and presentation communication skills.

?  Strong understanding of relationship and strategic selling, with the ability to differentiate and sell value.

?  Minimum 5 years of selling experience within the networking channel.
