Position Description:

Job Duties:
? Teaching, training and coaching district sales managers.
? Planning, budgeting, analysis, and administration.
? Organizing, planning, and conducting, as well as attending various sales and sales management meetings.
? Job performance reviews and development of team members.
? Recruiting and staffing with an eye toward diversity and demonstrated results.

Qualifications:

Education/Training Requirements:
? Bachelor Degree
? 3+ years of successful district sales manager experience.
? Account Manager experience preferred.
? Broad knowledge of principles and methods in a recognized professional field, or working knowledge of multiple fields.
? Internal candidates must have at least 18 months tenure with sanofi-aventis and a minimum of 12 months in current position.
