Regional Manager Cincinnati, OH

The Regional Manager role ensures that the District meets its growth and market penetration requirements. The position's focus is to sell and develop a solid customer base and market awareness within the district's geographic domain. This position is responsible for managing multiple branches and corresponding management staff, to support staff in the sales and operations arena at a local level, and at a national contract level. This position requires entrepreneurial spirit and drive. Individual must have a strong goal orientation with a strong commitment to quality and ethical behavior. Good communication, presentation and people skills are essential.

A bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience. plus 7+ years of sales and management experience in the field required. Strong employee leadership and development skills/experience required. Ability to develop and maintain a cohesive, collaborative, team environment. Heavy sales experience preferred. Proven track record of managing and developing multiple field offices and staff; demonstrated ability to develop new customers in order to grow market share; strong financial management skills; ability to track financial progress; ability to identify areas that require immediate improvement; and ability to establish action plans to improve the district's financial results also required.
