Regional Operations Specialist- Stamford, CT or Fort Myers, FL

Description:
Assist Director America's Field Sales Operations in defining, implementing and refining new processes in Operations.
Assist in creation of monthly forecast data; track booked business and expirations against monthly forecast.
Work with direct reports and entire ROS team for North America to ensure business initiatives are measured and reported consistently
Create monthly summary of business metrics.
Identify and communicate areas of budget overruns using budget and expense data provided
Reconcile revenue achievement at the Group level on a monthly basis; submit and facilitate escalation process for system adjustments.
Work with Director of Operations on creation and tracking of sales contest to better drive and motivate sales performance.
Assist in pulling date to help with annual creation of territories; facilitate territory system changes during the year.
Track and report on all new business clients, cancels and retention by revenue category on a QTD basis.
Work with CFS, ROS and sales reps to ensure sales orders are properly booked within the system.
Pull GSFA pipeline reports to monitor strength and quality of pipeline data, i.e., ensure that data is accurate and up to date.
Participate in Group and Area meetings as needed.
Complete additional projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:
3-5 years work experience at Gartner preferred.
2+ years work in sales environment is preferred.
2+ years work experience in operations, with some experience supporting senior level
managers.
Ability to function in a dynamic and rapidly changing sales environment
Ability to work in sales systems databases such as GSFA
Ability to be very organized, detailed oriented, self motivated and able to work under short time lines
Ability to work in tandem with other organizational units to meet common objectives.
Ability to manage large masses of data and summarize into meaningful management reports.
Strong knowledge of Excel, Word and Powerpoint.
Ability to work independently with a high level of autonomy.
Ability to multitask and change priorities.
Sensitivity with highly confidential information.
