THIS JOB WILL BE LOCATED SOMEWHERE IN THE NORTHEAST REGION.
Assume full P&L responsibility towards the achievement of 'profit contribution' and 'sales' targets on the Nestl? Beverage Division-Chilled Systems' Businesses, including Carnation Coffee-mate Liquid Non-Dairy Creamer RTD and Nestl? Nesquik RTD through all classes of trade including supermarket, warehouse club, mass merchandiser, convenience store, drug, up/down street, and emerging new classes of trade, utilizing Super Dairies, milk dairies, juice licensees and their food brokers. Provide Chilled Beverage channel/customer expertise to Area Managers and Brokers. Support sales groups with channel / customer planning related to volume expectations, new products, packs and promotional / consumer initiatives. Support Supply Chain functions w/ forecasting. Lead development, implementation and communication of Chilled Beverage business strategies to achieve group NPS and profit targets.
4-year college degree with business emphasis. Minimum of 4 years of consumer package goods industry experience. Preferably the Beverage marketplace. Experience with consumer and trade marketing activity. Exposure (advanced) to external and internal customers.
Proven project management experience. Proven ability for accurate business forecasting. Leadership skills, training skills, communication skills (public speaking and sales presentations, expertise in analyizing syndicated data, organization and time management skills, computer skills (Microsoft? Word, Excel, & PowerPoint.
