This opportunity will be located in?Ohio?and will be responsible for the following:
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies and plans to promote the sale of DIRECTV products and services to subscribers through distributors, dealers and retailers in the?Ohio Valley. Specific duties include dealer management, training, implementation of sales incentive programs, assisting field dealers with the sales process and dealer audits. Additional duties include corresponding and communicating with dealers, distributors and manufacturers on various issues such as chargeback's and commissions.
Position will require a minimum of 7 years large-scale professional business-to-business sales and sales/account management experience, preferably in the consumer products and/or electronics industry. Must possess significant experience and a proven expertise in consumer promotions and retail sales. Previous experience with DBS dealers/distributors and a degree in marketing, business or equivalent preferred. Position will be based in?the Ohio area and requires the ability to travel throughout assigned territory; overnight travel 25% of the time with extended work hours and weekends as necessary. In addition, this position requires that you possess a valid U.S. driver's license, favorable motor vehicle record and reliable vehicle with appropriate insurance coverage. Individual must have the ability to expense travel costs prior to reimbursement.
