Regional Sales Manager

CSB Battery Technologies is recognized as a global supplier producing high quality VRLA batteries to supply the UPS, Telecom and specialty industries requiring electrical power and backup.

CSB is seeking a high energy sales manager with a proven track record of building strong relationships with customers, achieving sales goals and effective communication skills with higher management.

The key responsibilities for this position will include the following:
? Direct and manage a successful network of distributors, sales representatives, manufacturers and VAR accounts
? Develop and implement an effective sales plan to meet or exceed established sales objectives for existing accounts
? Create opportunities for new business development
? Utilize SalesLogix, a customer relationship management tool to track and manage activity levels, perform forecasting and capture key account information

 

Candidates must demonstrate the ability to respond quickly to new demands, priorities, or changes in direction and be capable of multi-tasking.

Requirements
? Minimum 2 years sales experience
? Distributor and manufacturing sales experience at regional level
? Effective written and oral communication skills
? Computer skills to include Word, Excel, Power Point and customer data base software
? An innovative business style along with being a team player
? Travel required
? Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
