Regional Sales Manager $77k-$91K base salary+ comm.- Facilities Management

Job Description: Dynamic, Fortune 500 document imaging company has a Regional Sales Manager position for a multi-billion document imaging company. The Region Sales Manager position is the leader of a professional sales team consisting of five to ten sales professionals. The average region is responsible for $10 and $15 million dollars a year in revenue with a growth expectation around 10 percent per year.

The Region Sales Manager is a position that requires a documented history of successful sales and sales management. Experience in managing a remote sales team, experience in managing major, national or global accounts, and a history of managing a solution sale cycle is required. The Region Sales Manager is a regional leader for professional services business and requires enough business acumen to drive P&L results.

The Region Sales Manager position requires a bachelor's degree and a minimum of 5 year related work experience. The position has a total comp range between 110k and 130k per year.
