Regional Sales Manager - Advanced Technology Products

Topcon Medical Systems is the largest provider of ophthalmic medical instrumentation in North America.  Due to the continued growth of the organization, we are currently seeking Regional Sales Managers for our Advanced Technology Products.

 

Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager - Advanced Technology Products will be responsible for sales directly to the end user of Topcon mydriatic retinal cameras and IMAGEnet imaging systems; the new 3D OCT Ocular Coherent Technology instrument; and a web-based software and data solution for eye care professionals.

 

Based from an in-home office, the Regional Sales Manager - Advanced Technology Products' responsibilities will include the following:

 

?  Promoting the sale of Topcon mydriatic retinal cameras and IMAGEnet imaging systems; the new 3D OCT Ocular Coherent Technology instrument; and a web-based software and data solution

?  Establishment and account maintenance of major customers.

?  Attendance at local and regional shows, and occasionally national trade shows at the request of management

?  Expansion of the company?s sales of products within the assigned territory

?  Maintenance of a contact/lead database for the territory

?  Organizing a sales call cycle program to enhance the sales and service for accounts within the territory

?  Prepare weekly reports of sales activities and upcoming agenda

 

Requirements:

 

To qualify you must have a proven record of success selling capital equipment, a valid driver?s license, and use of a reliable car.  Overnight travel is required.
