 Vantage Learning is the leading provider of online assessments and essay scoring services for the K-12 market. As a result of growth we are seeking a Regional Sales Manager for the Northern California area.

 

 

 

In the role of Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating leads for our award winning software (MY Access! and other online instructional tools), providing web-based demonstrations to prospects and customers, providing consultative selling and managing a growing base of educational customers. Travel is expected about 50% of the time.

 

This is a home office-based position with the employee being ideally located in northern CA.

 

Qualifications include:Proven track record in technology sales ($1.5M annual revenue in combination with inside sales) Previous sales experience in the education (K-12) field required Ability to work independently while receiving support on key initiatives Self-motivated Exceptional telephone and listening skills Strong oral presentation skills Ability to prospect and establish a pipeline of opportunities Strong closing skills Bachelor?s or higher degree

 

In addition, successful candidates will demonstrate a strong desire to learn and excel in educational technology skills, as well as hold the desire to help educators improve the achievement of students.
