The Player:
We seek seasoned sales professionals, those that are: energetic, hard working, hands-on and self-motivated. We want only those professionals who demand excellence from themselves and their team and who expect to be rewarded for performance and results! A successful candidate will be one who is tactical in the hands-on execution of our sales strategy; one who can grow and evolve a domestic sales territory and maintain consistent quarterly numbers.

The Job:
The Workstream Regional Sales Manager executes sales tactics and strategies for our comprehensive suite of on-demand Human Capital services and solutions within a defined geographic territory. You will leverage your knowledge and experience in selling solutions within a consultative engagement model involving a number of resources both in and out of your direct and indirect control. Our current sales organization includes a core national sales team supported by solutions consultants and sales operations focused on market leadership.
Key Requirements:
? A minimum of 5 years of sales experience selling human capital software (HR) applications or consulting engagements in the North American market.
? Proven ability in solution selling and closing of senior-level executives in the Fortune 2000 with longer, complex sales cyclesExisting senior level relationships and a track record of developing unique solutions to client?s needs and/or managing complex and large scale revenue opportunities.
? Must have effective: oral and written communication skills, including presentations skill with and before diverse business development teams, executive management, and technology professionals.
? High comfort level with technology, software and spreadsheets, including use of tools such as Salesforce.com and online meeting tools.General knowledge of enterprise class Human Capital Management (HR) software applications deployed in a hosted on-demand environment.Excellent time management skills.Excellent territory and sales reporting skills.
? Bachelor?s degree in Business Management, Sales or Marketing or the equivalent combination of related training, proficiency and experience.
Work Environment:
Virtual office environment.
Ability to travel within your defined territory 50% to 80% as needed and required
Compensation:
Excellent Base Salary - Tailored to your experience level
