Oberon offers an exciting growth opportunity for an experienced high caliber Regional Online Advertising Sales Manager to join our Advertising Sales Group.  The individual will be responsible for building, growing, and managing online advertising and sponsorships sales for the Northern California U.S. territory.

 

Responsibilities:

 Sell online advertising and sponsorships, including rich media solutions, video ads, & integrated ad packages on the Game Center solution across Oberon?s network of partner sites.Strategically identify, prioritize and approach prospects and opportunities in the territory.Establish and maintain professional/personal relationships with key decision makers and a robust account pipeline by conducting high volume face to face sales calls.Determine goals, needs, and marketing initiatives/objectives of territory and individual clients and prospects to craft ?effective? proposals and presentations.Close new business, and maintain and upsell existing relationships to generate revenue exceeding budget.Craft creative & compelling ad packages to win deals.Respond to RFP?s, develop original ideas and solutions, and negotiate highest CPM?s to maximize revenue.Conduct regular analysis and forecast of territoryEffectively work with internal departments including ad operations and production to assure execution and optimization of commitments.Communicate account leads, planning activities, proposal status and sales successes to management and other departments.

 

Qualifications of an ideal candidate:Minimum of 5 years media sales experience, and minimum of 2 years online advertising sales experience. Minimum of 1+ years outside sales experience.BA/BS College degree.Existing relationships with marketers of consumer goods, entertainment, and/or women?s products & services.Exceptional communication, presentation and sales closing skills.High energy and self-motivated with experience working in a fast paced sales environment.
