Regional Sales Manager - Packaging

Monoflo International, Inc., a market leading plastics material handling company, seeks a proven sales professional.  The person will be responsible for the day to day management of all sales activities in the Western Sales Region, including Texas and the 13 Western states.  Daily tasks inlcude working with existing customers, dealers and reps, along with the generation of new account activity.

The successful candidate must have completed college and understand complex selling in a capital equipment environment.  A minimum of 7 years of direct sales experience is required with material handling industry experience preferred.  Individual must be self motivated and demonstrate a thorough understanding of direct sales, independent rep management, dealer development and a successful track record.  Furthermore, the individual must posses a strong project management, computer, and organizational skills.
