Essential Skills:

Walgreens Specialty Pharmacy is looking for a high-energy Regional Sales Manager for our Western Region. This candidate will have extensive experience selling Specialty Pharmaceuticals. Candidate will manage and direct field sales team for Walgreens fast growing Specialty Pharmacy business. Plan, organize, summarize and direct sales team to ensure consistent and profitable sales growth. Responsible for developing and managing a sales team nationwide and achieving individualized, team and organizational goals. Develop, manage and deliver significant results against a sales plan. Responsible for on-going development of sales team. Responsible for selection, training, mentoring and evaluation of reps on sales process. This position will report to the National Sales Manager, Specialty Sales.



Qualifications:

Adaptability and willingness to learn from Specialty team members and top sales reps. Bachelors degree in business preferred. 7-10 years in an individual contributor and team leadership role. Proven record of sales success. Must be able to thrive in a changing environment. Demonstrated ability to teach others how to build long lasting relationships with customers. Travel multiple times per month locally, regionally and nationally.
