We currently operate?92 Outpatient Facilities across the Nation, providing?world class customer service in the diagnostic imaging arena, specializing in MRI, CT, x-ray, ultra-sound,?and mammography scans. As our business continues to grow, we have an exceptional?opportunity to add a senior level Sales Manager to our North Carolina team who?has the ability to manage, develop and grow our business throughout our 15 NC locations.?

The ideal candidate will be someone who has 5 - 7 years of Sales Management?experience in?the Healthcare industry with?extensive business development & strategic analysis experience. Must have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and the ability to contribute to the growth and success of a rapidly, growing organization. Proven track record a must.



Position Description:

?

The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for all of the marketing and managerial functions of an assigned Region with a clear focus on revenue growth. They will spend a significant amount of time developing and executing a business plan that expands MedQuest?s market share in assigned region, including (but not limited to) growing revenue through the expansion of referrals from network providers, insurance carriers, hospitals, clinics and physician practice groups. Additionally,?this position has responsibility for talent acquisition and retention, staff development, training, employee productivity and supervision throughout assigned region.

Ideally this position would be based out of the Winston area but it could also be based out of Charlotte or Greensboro, NC.?
