Regional Sales Specialist

Summary of Responsibilities Account management for small market platform - enhance the customer experience for our larger clients by adding a local, proactive service contact. Facilitate the flow of information between these value customers and MetLife's existing service modelsPrincipal Responsibilities Account Management - proactive calls to assigned cases, face to face installation meetings, local point person on problem cases where the traditional service channels have broken down, renewal processing for captive accounts, run enrollment meetings and online platform training, office resource (including in-house expert on MetLink/MyBenefits/MetDental, train sales reps and keep sales team updated on improvements/enhancements/known issues, home office contact expert, participation in select finalist meetings).Required Competencies 4 year college degree.

Effective verbal and written communication, organization skills, presentation skills, listening skills and time management.

Ability to demonstrate proactive behavior and exercise initiative in solving problems.

Proficient and knowledgeable in Word, Excel and Power Point.

Ability to learn and become proficient in all applicable MetLife Small Market system applications.

Obtain and maintain individual Life & Health and NASD licenses.
