LCW Wireless, LLC is a joint venture between Cricket Communications, Inc., CSM Wireless, LLC and WLPCS Management, LLC. Based in Portland, Oregon, LCW is building and launching a new wireless communication service utilizing the successful Cricket? brand that will provide coverage throughout Portland, Salem, Eugene and surrounding areas.

Position Overview
Assumes direct responsibility for all day-to-day store operations, including:
o Targeted sales achievement
o Store financial management
o Merchandising/promotional activities
o Customer service and retention
o Audits
o Employee training
o Merchandising/promotional activities
o Inventory management
o Cash handling, reconciliations and deposits
o Customer satisfaction measured by surveys
o Store safety and security
Ensures attainment of all net sales and revenue goals including:
o Gross sales/net sales
o Accessory sales and margin targets
o Rate plan take rates
o Enhanced services targets - features/text messaging/insurance sales, fees, data products and all other add on products
o Automatic bill payment targets
Assists District Director/Manager in establishing budget; operates store within approved budget.
Exhibits solid understanding of financial/business metrics and reports. Analyzes business operations and trends. Develops and executes plans to correct improvement areas.
Manages the human resources function for assigned store including:
Recruits, selects, hires, trains, develops and evaluates all store employees
Implements management practices, which ensure store effectiveness and positive employee relations
Partners with the regional Human Resources team as required by company practices/policies
Facilitates timely handling of employee relations issues
Positively influences and motivates all employees by maintaining a team approach in the day-to-day management of all employees
Provides performance feedback to employees on a regular basis
Makes employee development a priority
Facilitates regularly scheduled employee meetings
Ensures employees complete all training as assigned in a timely manner
Develops store sales strategies and facilitates tactical implementation. Exhibits knowledge of competitive landscape.
Ensures adherence to Company policies and procedures.
Assists customers, handles customer escalations and promotes a positive customer experience.
Assists District Director/Manager & regional finance team in preparing the monthly operations review.
Demonstrates technical competence for products and services sold.
Maintains a relationship with the Network Operations Department that allows for ongoing knowledge of, and participation in, network development, customer-related network issues and resolution of these issues.
Engages in community activities and business development that support business goals.
Proactively informs District Director/Manager of key issues and challenges. Owns store issues and proactively creates improvement plans.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related discipline or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 3 years proven retail sales management experience (interactive sales process, commissioned sales)
Minimum of 3 years experience managing against financial goals, budgeting, forecasting and managing results
Minimum of 3 years experience in selecting, managing and developing employees (proven leadership skills)
Preferred
Minimum of 5 years proven retail sales management experience
Minimum of 3 years previous experience with back office systems (billing, call center, etc.)
Minimum of 3 years previous experience managing retail operations for a wireless telecom service provider.
