We are currently seeking an outgoing, personable, and self-motivated Salesperson. Casa Bonita is Colorado Springs most unique and fun furniture store specializing in southwest, Western and Lodge home decor. We have been in business for many years and have established a large customer base.

Job duties include first and foremost strong sales ability. We are seeking someone with a proven sales history. Other duties include store maintenance. All of our staff participates maintaining all areas of store. Must be able to lift. Receiving and displaying product. Multitasking skills required. Must have good organizational skills. Must be able to work weekends and a 40-45 work week.

 

Pay is weekly and is based on 6% commission of individual sales. There is a base pay of $6.00/hour if commissions were to equal less then $240.00 for a week. There is a 3 month probation period after which new hires are eligible for benefits. Benefits include dental and medical. Casa Bonita will pay for 80% of medical and full coverage for dental. After 1 year of employment employees are eligible for 1 a week paid vacation time based on a weekly average of pay taken throughout the year. After 2 years of employment employees will receive 2 weeks paid vacation time.
