Job Description:
* Execute retail plans at assigned customers
* Ensure Plano gram compliance at all accounts/retail establishments
* Build relationships with customer retail divisions
* Partner with account executives and Advantage Sales and Marketing retail personnel to ensure execution of key business drivers - resets, plan-o-grams, audits, new items speed to shelf, etc.
* Audit % of stores within assigned geography. Determine and implement local/account strategies to reduce out-of-stocks and unsaleables, sell secondary placements, and ensure product rotation.
* Communicate product and competitive information to management teams

* Northern California & Nevada
* 330mm sales responsibility

Minimum Requirements
* 2-3 years sales and retail management experience with consumer packaged goods organization
* BS degree or equivalent
* Highly motivated individual with "Win in the marketplace" attitude
* Category management experience helpful
* Strong technical abilities
