Retail Sales Management

Dynamic, rapidly-growing, fast-paced leader in the residential spa market has an opportunity for a self-motivated, goal-oriented retail sales manager.  The successful candidate will have a history of building new client relationships, maintaining excellent customer service, and surpassing quotas.  Three (3) years of knowledge and experience in selling to landscape professionals, general contractors, home builders, home owners, etc. may qualify you for this ground floor retail opportunity. Compensation structure includes a liberal commission and incentive structure including vehicle allowance to earn in excess of $75,000 annually.

 

 Essential requirements and functions:

 Create, maintain and execute a successful territory sales plan;Initiate and control sales processes with new clients and maintain and enhance relationships with established clients;Have successfully sold to landscape professionals, general residential contractors, home builders, home owners, etc;Project a positive presence in negotiations to maximize revenues;Maximize sales and gross margin objectives while maintaining controllable expenses;Develop, implement and monitor the sales programs including the budgeting and performance measurements
