Assumes responsibility for sales volume goals and retail development within the South New Jersey/North New Jersey/New York territory. Confidently delivers retail sales presentations.Suggest creative sales and marketing concepts to management. Executes promotionally effective marketing and sales programs at store level. Establishes and achieves account sales goals and objectives for territory. Develops a strong relationship with account store personnel and distributor sales representatives that benefit Nestle. Uses strong organizational skills to effectively plan their sales and administrative duties. Store Distribution: Attains 100% distribution of authorized Nestle Specialty items at retail. Ensures that authorized distributions are present within assigned retail accounts. Capitalizes on retail distribution opportunities at store level. Communicates competitive distribution gains and losses to management. Store Pricing: Ensures that pricing guidelines are met at retail level. Oversees that the current scanning prices reflect current promotional allowances and zone pricing. Reports competitive price changes and promotional support. Store Merchandising Implements and achieves corporate merchandising objectives at all assigned independent accounts. Obtains maximum display support at all assigned retail accounts. Uses POS material to support the movement of all products. Develops retail sales plans and strategies for accounts that are in concert with divisional and regional objectives.Stays within pre-established promotional and financial guidelines. Responsible for adequate and timely sales forecasts for assigned account(s). Presents sales and marketing programs to appropriate account personnel. Sales Administration: Provides useful and timely service to accounts. Handles customer and consumer complaints in accordance with policies. Submits and maintains proper customer records, sales, activities and other required reports and forms. If a company car is issued along with any other company equipment it should be maintained in accordance with company policy. Develop proper relations and rapport with customers with territory. Complies with all company policies, instructions, and directives. Maintains proper territory coverage of all assigned accounts within territory. Maintains, organizes and updates all sales materials for effective utilization. Communicate competitive sales activity to sales manager. Computer skills necessary for administration and presentation purposes.

Working knowledge of grocery industry and distribution. Spanish Bi-lingual REQUIRED. Drivers License REQUIRED. History of good work performance. Successful completion of a background checks and drug screen. High School Degree or Equivalent / College Degree plus. Computer skills for administration and presentation purposes. Public speaking/Presentation skills preferred. Ability to travel overnight. Entry Level Position OK but experience preferred.High Interest in Sales and marketing of products. Preferred background in retail store consumer products merchandising and/or sales. High energy level and commitment.
