Responsibilities:

? Hire, train, supervise and motivate a team of Retail Sales Consultants.

? Order inventory, conduct inventory audits and manage inventory shrinkage.

? Merchandize and maintain retail showroom floor.

? Insure that the store opens & closes and is properly staffed at all times.

? Generate and increase the sale of wireless products & services.

? Insure that every customer has an exceptional customer experience every time.

? Maintain store cleanliness on a daily bases.

Preferred Qualifications:

? 1-2 years of retail management experience or equivalent.

? Strong understanding & commitment to the importance of great customer service.

? Dynamic leadership and communication skills.

? Superior time management and organizational skills.

? Proven ability to recruit and develop a strong sales staff.
