Retail sales Associate / Account Executive -- Wireless Sales
Job Requirement: 1+ year of retail sales experience (no cashiers or stockers)Wireless experience and experience working in a commission driven environmentGood presentation and communication skillsAbility to be punctual The ability to learn the products
Retail Sales Associate: Sales or customer service background; computer skills.
Knowledge of wireless technology desirable.
Retail Account Executive: A thorough knowledge of the retail processes, prior wireless experience, and demonstrated ability to sell the product and model this skill to others.
Job Description: Support retail operations through sales, technical operation, and billing in regards to all Sprint PCS products and services offered by iPCS.Direct sales in store related to Sprint PCS products and services. Maintain or exceed quotas, keeping churn to a minimum. May also organize and/or participate in outside sales events. (60%)Handle technical and billing questions to support new and existing accounts. (20%)Monitor inventory, stock storefront, and track used and repaired equipment. (5%)Troubleshoot customer complaints and problems and follow-up appropriately. (5%)Follow-up sales leads. (10%)
