Robert Half Legal Attorney Recruiting Manager

Requirements: Robert Half Legal is searching for an Attorney Recruiting Manager who will place associate attorneys, partners, general counsels, and contract administrators on a direct-hire basis.  To be successful in this role the ideal candidate will have outstanding communication skills, be highly motivated, and possess an entrepreneurial spirit and a strong work ethic.  We are searching for results-oriented sales leaders with self-confidence, perseverance and a high sense of urgency.  Executive or attorney search experience, or licensed attorneys with 3+ years experience preferred.

As an Attorney Recruiting Manager, you will sell our services to prospective clients, build existing client relationships, and recruit and place attorneys. In a sales capacity, you will market to clients by phone, conduct client meetings and participate in networking events.  Recruiting functions include interviewing applicants, consulting with candidates on industry trends and placing candidates into law firms and corporations.  Individuals in this position work in a team environment, while being held accountable for individual sales.
