Evenium Inc., an international executive search firm, has been retained to fill a Route Manager position for an industry leading service company.

 

Job Description:

The RM will focus on outstanding customer service and retention, as well as sales and market share growth targets.  The route manager resolves all customer complaints within an assigned territory.  Candidate will be required to use considerable management and communication skills.  The RM must be comfortable with long hours, accountability, and work well with other departments including service, quality control, and production.  The RM will also be involved in training and evaluating route sales representatives, as well as covering routes for representatives who are sick or on vacation.  Managers and Assistant Managers from vending, beverage, bakery, uniform, and other route-based businesses are encouraged to apply.

 

 

Requirements Include:

Bachelor?s Degree Preferred

Outside Sales and Customer Service Experience

Management Experience

Clean Driving Record

Route Sales Background Preferred
