BellSouth is recruiting for anticipated vacancies in our  Charleston Small Business Inbound Channel where the Sales Associate is the frontline specialist to over 900,000 of BellSouth's most valuable Small Business customers. 








 


Sales Associates in Small Business: 








Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of telecommunications products and services to meet customer's needs.




Utilize appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience




Work in a highly controlled environment where strict schedules are followed.




Interact with Microsoft Windows based on-line systems while talking with customers




Must meet sales quotas and service objectives





A Sales Associate in Small Business has excellent earning potential as well as opportunities to obtain their career goals.  In addition to a healthy base salary, paid medical and dental coverage, paid vacation, matching 401K, tuition reimbursement, and a discount on your BellSouth telephone service, incentive compensation allows a fully trained Sales Associate who is making all of their sales targets to earn $50,000 plus in their first year.   New Sales Associates receive 12 weeks of company paid initial training.
