Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:




Consult with customers to recommend and sell a variety of telecommunications products and/or services to meet customer's needs.


Utilize appropriate sales techniques to encourage a good customer relationship and enhance the buying experience


Work in a highly controlled environment where strict schedules are followed


Interact with on-line systems while communicating with customers


Must meet sales quotas and service objectives


Must meet customer care commitments
