Overview:

 

The Sales Coordinator is responsible for the coordination of sales and administrative activities within the company?s sales team comprised of Regional Sales Managers, Manufacturers Sales Representatives, and Distributors. This position will collaborate with marketing, application engineering, and operations in support of the Company?s overall sales functions. The Sales Coordinator will be required to track and maintain records of account business plans and play a major role in the development of account relationships and in the maintenance of high service levels.  

 

Primary Responsibilities:

 Facilitate the collection of an accurate customer demand forecast and coordinate the feedback from operations.Track and manage sales opportunities and report status to management.Develop strong working relationships with Manufacturers Representatives, Distributors and customers.Work with Regional Sales Managers to measure sales goals and sales objectives.Responsible for the coordination of the sales process from account setup through to the pre-order process and on to post-order sales support/customer service functions.

 

Specific Qualifications:

 Minimum of three to five years of sales coordination experience.Familiarity with high technology product sales.Demonstrated ability to take ownership, to meet goals and fulfill scheduled commitments.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.

 

General Qualifications:

 Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Self-motivated and self-directed while remaining a strong team player.Multi-tasking expertise.Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.Strategic thinker with the ability to challenge the system to affect an environment of constant improvement.
