About The Company

St Croix EcoWater Systems is the exclusive dealer for EcoWater who have been solving water problems with innovative products and solutions since 1925.  Today EcoWater is the world's largest manufacturer of residential water treatment with more than 400 dealerships.  Our dealership in Hudson WI brings 20 years experience, providing full service and sales of water treatment, in-home, commercial and bottled water to the surrounding areas.  We are financially stable, with thousands of satisfied customers, a product and reputation we are proud of.  We offer attractive financing to our customers and have a great service/installation team with administrative supports.  We provide complete training and coaching from our corporate offices and by industry leading consultants. 

 

Responsibilities

We are looking for a  sales manager who will report directly to the President, and further develop and manage our sales team.  You will be responsible for recruiting, training and supervising our sales team and for achieving specific activities and sales.  Further, you will be expected to create and maintain a professional workplace culture of enjoyment and pride.  If you have these skills, we compensate you generously.

 

Requirements

To qualify, candidates should have 5 plus years of in-home sales success, three plus years of sales management experience. Applicants will also need to have recruiting and training experience, clean driving record, police check  and the ability to have fun while achieving results.  Because of the nature of our sales, we work evenings and Saturdays, but have good days off and paid vacations.

 

Compensation

Base + override + commission + benefits + expenses.  Working at our minimum level will earn the successful candidate more than $100,000 and great performers will reach $180,000 to $220,000.
