SALES MANAGER - STORE MANAGER - RETAIL SALES MANAGER

Select Comfort is seeking an experienced and hands-on Store Sales Manager to manage our local showroom store in the Pembroke Pines Mall.

Responsibilities:
Improve people's lives (it's our Company's Mission!)
Hire, train, manage, and motivate sales professionals to meet and exceed personal and store sales goals.
Confidently sell our high-end, adjustable firmness air mattresses (Sleep Number? Beds) and accessories. Succeed under a tried & proven, highly evolved, state of the art selling process.

Requirements:

? Proven sales and sales management track record. Prefer retail store management experience.

? Exceptional presentation and communication skills required.

? Retail store, large ticket, and commission sales environment experience strongly preferred.

? Top notch customer service focus required.

?  Ability to work retail hours, which would consist of a combination of day, evening, weekend, and holiday hours.

? High school diploma or GED equivalency required. Advanced education and training preferred.

? High energy, enthusiasm and motivated demeanor required.
