SALES SUPPORT REP I

This individual will perform administrative duties in support of the EMCAT sales team including call follow-up, distribution of literature and samples, order expediting, and organization of trade shows and product training sessions. This person will also help our Reps and Distributors with product and customer information and they will assist in the administration of our channel programs including contractor certification, rebates, spiffs, project registration, stocking incentives and customer tracking forms. Frequent customer contact and phone sales will be required. Some minimal travel will be necessary.

A Post-secondary degree in marketing or business administration is preferred. Individual must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, organizational skills and knowledge of TOSP products and TOSP order-entry system. This person must be comfortable cold-calling customers and able to develop sales-oriented relationships and able to analyze and interpret numerical data and work with Excel pivot tables.
