SALES & CUSTOMER SUPPORT SPECIALIST

Under the direction of the VP Sales & Marketing, oversees the accuracy & expediency of pricing, order details, product specifications and customer satisfaction.

Essential Functions:

? Pricing requests, Dealer projects & project

management

? Cleans & translates incoming orders from dealers

? Liaison between OE & Eng

? Defines root cause & solutions for complaints

? Assist Eng by performing data input, creating

BOM?s, etc.

? Oversees that specs & product details are

presented completely & accurately in

Marketing/Sales materials

? Participates in training new dealers on product

construction features & specs as required

? Participates in trade shows are required

A Bachelors' degree including business/marketing/communication coursework or equivalent, three to five years' customer service, and excellent communication and organizational skills are required. Sales and/or Library experience helpful. Experience supporting Dealers a plus.
