SALES & MARKETING MANAGER - REAL ESTATE

Baltimore based developer is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Manager to work in a contract position. Candidate should have a demonstrated record in direct sales preferably in the real estate industry. A Bachelors degree (or equivalent) is preferred along with proven experience in customer prospecting, product presentations and maintaining external relationships.  Experience with the design and development of collateral material, coordination of public relations/advertising programs and implementing special events is necessary. Strategic planning and organizational skills are required as well as experience managing creative consultants and budget management.
